[edit] Rosegarden

Rosegarden is a program for writing music and editing midis. Music written on rosegaren can be exported as midi files.

[edit] Notation editor

Rosegarden's notation editor has all the features needed for writing music. Rosegarden has the ability to transpose the piece of music in seconds. Rosegarden views tracks of midis and can edit them in the notation editor. Erasing, moving, transposing, and writing of notes is very simple with rosegarden.
