Most of these are exactly equivalent - but there can be some with slight differences - most often they will be more capable.

Most peopl transitioning will want to continue to use the same programming software - and it is possible with a little fiddling to move a T2 program over to a V2000 system if you use the T2E processor - see GPU612E*S
