Being able to clone the same drive you boot off of is an important feature. Faster than PXE booting ( especially with a SSD - best for support work - it can take a few drops ). Sadly there is no such package in Debian.
- Ram resident - means you can boot off any media and the whole thing stays in RAM - Important in two cases - PXE booting and booting off the same hard-drive you want to image.
